Service Description

Talking to a trained professional can help you to explore your concerns, thoughts and feelings and improve your mental health. Psychotherapy or counselling involves talking about an emotional difficulty with a trained therapist. This might be anything from grief to anxiety, relationship difficulties to addiction. I am trained to help you express your thoughts and feelings and explore ways to overcome difficulties arising from them. I will listen to you whilst providing a non-judgmental space so you can feel heard and understood.

Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel or reschedule, kindly provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, but since it's difficult for us to fill your pre-booked slot on short notice, we regretfully have to enforce the full fee charge for any cancellations made within this window, regardless of the reason.
